FAQs
Where are you located?
We don’t have a physical location. For recurring jobs, we will travel within 30 miles of Boston. For bigger installations or repotting, we’ll travel further.
How do I pay?
You will receive an emailed invoice from Square after the service. Square allows you to pay via debit/credit card or bank transfer. Please notify us if you prefer to use Venmo, pay with cash, or send a check.
Do I need to have outdoor access for repotting?
While it is helpful to have access to outdoor space, we are able to do your repotting indoors (we’ll come prepared!).
